Code of Conduct

  1. Organizational and technical measures that are appropriate for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets will be implemented and will respond to changing information technology and new threats.
  2. All employees will be provided with information security education, and we will work to thoroughly disseminate and maintain awareness of this policy.
  3. Objectives related to the management system and information security will be set, reviewed regularly, and continuously improved and maintained.
  4. Authority and responsibility will be delegated to the management responsible for executing, maintaining, and improving the management system.

AI Policy

Godot Inc. and all its subsidiaries (“Godot”) are dedicated to advancing cutting-edge technologies centered on behavioral science and AI to fulfill our mission. With the values of “Social Technology,” “Transparency,” and “Inclusivity,” Godot is committed to developing technologies that contribute to enhancing Wellbeing without negatively impacting people, society, or the environment. We place particular emphasis on identifying and addressing biases in AI to ensure inclusivity. While the appropriate utilization of AI can further accelerate these efforts, it is essential to develop, deliver, and use AI systems in ways that do not harm any stakeholders. Based on these principles, Godot establishes the following unified AI policy across the entire group.

Godot develops, provides, and utilizes AI systems to enhance empathy and improve the Wellbeing of diverse individuals. Through this use, Godot aims to create AI systems that never adversely affect people or society but instead further improve Wellbeing.

At Godot, we ensure that the AI systems we develop and provide do not negatively impact any stakeholders. We work to minimize the risks and negative impacts that AI systems might bring, ensuring that AI is safe and can be used with a peace of mind.

Respecting Fairness

Godot respects all individuals, regardless of race, nationality, age, or gender etc. With this principle in mind, we develop, provide, and utilize AI systems while being mindful of social minorities and actively promoting inclusivity within society through our AI systems.

Protecting Privacy

Godot respects user privacy. We adhere to internal regulations and relevant laws, operate an information security management system, and are committed to protecting user privacy at all stages of AI system development, provision, and usage.

Security

Godot takes robust security measures to ensure that our AI systems are not exposed to risks of cyberattacks or misuse. By operating an information security management system, we safeguard the security of AI systems from the development phase to operation, preventing malicious use.

Ensuring Transparency

Godot establishes an environment in which the decision-making basis of the AI systems we develop and provide can be verified when necessary. This allows us to maintain transparency and accountability for the outcomes of AI decisions.

Establishing an Internal Structure for AI Risk Management

Godot has created a dedicated organization to manage risks related to legal violations, contract breaches, and social or ethical criticism associated with AI use. We work continuously to build and improve our AI governance structure.

Fostering AI Talent and Literacy

Godot is actively committed to educating and developing the skills and literacy necessary for the development and responsible use of AI, supporting the appropriate utilization of AI in all areas.
